Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, installing the Seek.ai Chrome Extension, or accessing any service provided by Seek.ai, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our platform immediately.
Description of Platform
Seek.ai offers digital utilities designed to assist users in building resumes, generating cover letters, tracking application status, and automatically pre-filling job application web forms via browser extensions. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
User Conduct & Content Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all information stored in your Seek.ai account (resumes, work history, contact details) is truthful and accurate. You must review all AI-generated content and filled form fields before submitting job applications to employers.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
a. "AS IS" Provision: Seek.ai is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
b. Zero Employer Warranties: We make no representations or guarantees regarding job placement, interview callbacks, employer responses, or application acceptance rates.
c. No Liability for Misrepresentation or Rejection: Seek.ai bears zero legal responsibility or financial liability for any inaccurate information submitted to third-party employers, application rejections, employment disputes, or browser extension incompatibilities with external websites.
Intellectual Property
All platform branding, code, extension logic, UI design, logos, and proprietary algorithms are owned exclusively by Seek.ai. You retain full ownership of your personal content and resume details.
Refund Policy & Digital Credits
All purchases of AI credits, token packages, and digital services on Seek.ai are final and strictly non-refundable. Due to the digital, intangible nature of AI tokens and the immediate provision of computational resources upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal (including statutory cooling-off periods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive) is waived once digital credits are added to your account. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used or unused token balances. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced an unresolvable technical malfunction, please contact our support team at seekappai@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for review on a case-by-case basis.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in automated abuse, or attempt unauthorized reverse-engineering of our API endpoints.
